肠缺血后大鼠回肠乙酰胆碱酯酶阳性神经元的变化

Change of Acetylcholinesterase-Positive Neurons in Rat Myenteric Plexus in Ileum after Enteral Ischemia

目的观察缺血后回肠肌间神经丛内乙酰胆碱酯酶 (AchE)活性的变化。方法建立大白鼠肠系膜上动脉阻断模型 ,用AchE对大白鼠回肠肌间神经丛进行酶组织化学观察。结果肠缺血后 ,大鼠回肠肌间神经丛内AchE阳性神经元明显减少 ,AchE活性减弱。

Objective To observe the change of activity of acetylcholinesterase(AchE) in the myenteric plexus in ileum after ischemia.Methods Establish arterial occlusion model in the arteria mesenterica superior and observe the change of AchE positive neurons of the rat myenteric plexus in ileum.Results After ischemia,AchE positive neurons were markedly decreased,and the AchE activity diminished too.Conclusion The AchE positive neurons in the myenteric plexus are more vulnerable to insult of enteral ischemia.
