摘要
目的探讨人参皂甙对中分子物质 (MiddleMolecularSubstance,MMS)抑制骨髓红系细胞增殖 ,破坏红系细胞结构作用的影响。方法在正常骨髓红系细胞体外培养体系中加入MMSⅢ ,建立病理模型 ,分别加入人参皂甙、红细胞生成素 (Epo)、Epo+人参皂甙 ,观察不同处理方式对细胞DNA合成及细胞形态的影响。结果无Epo存在的情况下 ,人参皂甙对受MMSⅢ抑制的骨髓红系细胞3H TdR掺入量无明显增加 ;有Epo存在的条件下 ,人参皂甙可显著增加受MMSⅢ抑制的骨髓红系细胞3H TdR掺入量 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;人参皂甙对MMSⅢ导致的骨髓红系细胞肿胀和溶解有明显缓解作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of MMS Ⅲ upon bone marrow erythroid cells and to probe the influence of ginsenoside on MMS Ⅲ′s effects.Methods The pathological model was established by putting MMS Ⅲ into bone marrow erythroid cells,then,erythropoietin (Epo),Ginsenoside and Ginsenoside with Epo were added into different groups respectively.The morphologic changes of erythroid cells were observed.Meanwhile,the erythroid cells DNA synthesis was detected by the 3 H TdR incorporation method.Results Without Epo,Ginsenoside couldn′t significantly enchance the incorporation of 3 H TdR of erythroid cells affected by MMS Ⅲ (P>0.05).With Epo,Ginsenoside could significantly enchance the 3 H TdR’s incorporation (P<0.01).Ginsenoside could reduce destruction of erythrocytes induced by MMS Ⅲ.Conclusion Ginsenoside can antagonize toxic effects of MMS Ⅲ on bone marrow erythroid cells.
