IFN-a对血清Th细胞发育相关白细胞介素含量影响的动态观察

Dynamic Study of Serum Interleukin Related to T Lymphocyte Evolution before and after Interferon Therapy

目的观察慢性丙型肝炎患者在干扰素抗病毒治疗时 ,对白细胞介素含量的影响。方法对 2 8例以IFN -a作抗病毒治疗的丙肝患者 ,采用ELISA法进行血清IL -2、IL -4及IL -1 2检测。结果三者在治疗前的含量分别为 1 4 .0 6± 1 2 .63pg/m1、57.89± 61 .78pg/m1和 2 30 .55± 4 2 0 .56pg/m1。治疗结束 (第 2 4周 )时IL -2测值不变 ,IL -4测值下降至 30 .4 1± 4 0 .73pg/m1 ,IL -1 2上升至 57.89± 61 .78pg/m1。随访时 (第 4 8周 )三者恢复至抗病毒治疗前水平。 结论采用外源性IFN -a进行抗病毒治疗时 ,慢性丙型肝炎患者血清IL -4及IL -1 2等与T淋巴细胞分化发育相关的细胞因子的含量出现一过性改变 ,这种变化是外源性IFN调节体内T淋巴细胞分化发育的证据之一。

Objective To study the influence of interferon therapy on some of the interleukin levels in sera in patients with chronic HCV infection.Methods Serum interleukin 2 (IL 2),interleukin 4 (IL 4) and interleukin 12 (IL 12) in a group of patients with HCV infection who underwent interferon treatment were dynamically detected using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results The levels of IL 2,IL 4 and IL 12 were 14.06±12.63pg/ml,57.89±61.78pg/ml and 230.55±420.56pg/ml respectively before interferon treatment.By the end of 24 weeks of therapeutic period,the level of IL 12 increased up to 346.92±527.84pg/ml,while the level of IL 4 decresed from 57.89±61.78pg/ml to 30.41±40.73pg/ml.At the following days (at 48th week sinec the therapy had started),all of three interleukins has returned about the same level before anti virutic treatment.Conclusion During the anti virus therapy with interferon,there is a transient change for some of interleukins which induced the evolution of T lymphocyte.
