结肠损伤的一期手术治疗(附30例临床分析)

Primary Operation for Colon Trauma (A Clinical Analyse of 30 Cases)

目的探讨结肠损伤的术式。方法 30例结肠损伤均行一期手术 ,其中缝合修补 2 5例 ,结肠切除 5例。结果术后并发肠瘘 1例 ,切口感染 3例 ,并发症发生率 1 3.3%。经抗炎、引流、支持等治疗均痊愈。结论只要严格掌握适应症 。

Objective To study the operation type for colon injury.Methods 30 patients with colon injury were all treated by surgery,and among them 25 treatcd by suture and 5 by collon resection.Results 3 patiens were suffered with wound infection and 1 with colon fistula after the operation,and the complication rate were 13.3%.All patients were finally cured through auti inflammatory and supporting therapy in combinatin with drainage.Conclusions If the indications is stricted,the primary operation may be the best choice for pationts with colon injuries.
