摘要
提出了人体外形数据光学非接触测量的新方法。采用栅光源入射测量人体尺寸 ,CCD摄像机得到有变形的轮廓条纹图像 ,应用透射投影方程建立数学模型 ,根据图像推导出条纹的空间三维信息计算条纹的长度。与其他三维物体光学非接触测量方法相比 ,具有测量速度快、在视场区域内不需要机械扫描便可得到被测人体表面的外形尺寸、图像处理容易、受噪声影响小及计算方法简单。详细讨论了 CCD摄像机参数的标定 ,给出了实验结果 。
A new method of optical non contact measurement of human body shape is presented.Fringes are projected to the surface of human body and deformed due to the height.Mathematical model is set up with perspective projecting equation.The 3 D information of the stripes is known from the images.Thereby the length of the fringes can be figured out.Compared to other kinds of optical non contact measurement methods,this method is faster,and can get the data of body shape without scan in its field.The image processing is simple,because noise has little effect on it.The calculating method is also simple.The demarcating of the parameters of CCD camera is detailed and the experimental results are given.
