虚拟衍生企业的竞争力研究

A Study of Core Competence in Virtual Derive Corporation

本文主要介绍有关衍生企业和虚拟组织的最新学说。并且，在融合这两种学说的基础上，探讨政府科研机构转移高技术成果的新模式——虚拟衍生企业模式。以求说明建立虚拟衍生企业、迅速形成核心竞争力，对于发展落后国家的高技术产业具有极为重要的作用。结合中国实际，本研究认为，虚拟衍生企业模式为中国的科研体制和企业体制的改革提供了一条新思路。

This paper extremely introduces about the new concept of Derive (Spin-off) Corporation and Virtual Organization, and integrates the two concepts. Base on it, it discusses the question of government scientific research institution transferring to the high technology performance—Virtual Derive (Spin-off) Corporation Model. The establishment of Virtual Derive (Spin-off) Corporation means the agility of core competence, effect to the developing countries’ high technology industry. Combining to China’s practical condition, the authors think this model provides some of new paradigm to restructuring of the China’s scientific research institution and corporate institution.
