摘要
本文以一台17000kVA三相变压器为模型,用有限单元法计算了在额定电压、不同初相角下突然短路时,变压器内的漏磁场,并由此算出了线圈上的恒定、50Hz和100Hz的轴向和幅向电磁力.研究表明,幅向电磁力用传统的设计公式即可得到满足工程要求的结果;至于轴向力,则必须用数值法才能得到准确值.
In this paper, the leakage magnetic field and the radial and axial electromagnetic forces acting on the windings of a 3 phase power transformer under S-C condition are calculated by FE method. The electromagnetic forces can be expressed by 3 components, i.e D.C, 50Hz and 100Hz components. The formulas of forces and force densities are derived and the numerical values for a 17000 kVA model transformer are calculated and compared with design data, the influence of core window is discussed. Finally, some useful conclusions are obtained.
