摘要
企业经理人员控制权收益对经理人员行为有重要影响。与资本主义公司制企业经理人员相比较 ,国有企业经理人员的机会主义行为普遍化 ,主要在于其所获显性货币收益过低和监督不力 ,因此要规范国有企业经理人员行为 ,必须要进一步深化经济体制改革与政治体制改革 ,以建立相应的激励和约束机制。
The managers' control rights revenue has a great influence on the managers' behavior of the enterprise. Compared with the managers of enterprise of the capitalism, the generalizing of the state-owned enterprise' managers' opportunism mainly lies in its lower obtained explicit profit and powerless supervision. Hence, the reform of the economic system and political system should be further deepened and the corresponding incentive restrain mechanism should be established in order to standardize the managers' behavior.
