This paper introduces the characteristics of BOT projects, and argues BOT operating pattern is a new road for the development of Chinese construction enterprises. Then the main financing methods for construction enterprises and the scheme of project post-management are discussed. Finally, the existing problems of carrying out BOT and the corresponding solving methods are given.
