文章根据规模报酬的经济学理论，论述了我国建筑业在工程项目、企业以及产业三个层次的规模报酬经济情况，并提出了提高我国建筑业规模报酬水平的建议。

Based on the economics theory about scale economy, the condition of scale economy of Chinese construction industry at on-site level, enterprise level and industrial level is expounded, and then the suggestions for raising the degree of scale economy are set forth.
