摘要
氢氧化铝的分离,洗涤系统引进法国道尔奥利弗公司生产的平盘过滤机代替了原有的40m2转鼓式过滤机,不但使过滤机产能提高,实现了自动化控制,而且氢氧化铝洗水量以及成品氢氧化铝水分都大大降低。由于减少了洗水量和氢氧化铝附水,因而提高了焙烧炉产能,降低了消耗。
Separation and washing system of aluminium hydroxide introduced flate tray filter from Dorr 0-liver Co. of France instead of the old 40m2 drum filter.The flate tray filter improved the productivity and realized automatic control, lowered aluminium hydroxide washing water and adsorption moisture. As a result of lowering washing water and adsorption moisture it improved the productivity of roaster and lowered consumption.
