摘要
通过对2台11t高压电子铝箔氮气保护性气氛退火炉的技术改造,其主要性能超过了设计指标,原炉内保护气氛含氧量设计指标不高于1000mp,改造后炉内氧含量可降到400~600ppm(于气源纯度相同)。确保了高压电子铝箔的热处理质量,使用后2台炉子都能够高效经济地运行,改造后实践证明取得了很好的经济效益。
Based on technical reconstruction of the 2 sets lit high voltage electron aluminium foil nitrogen protective atomosphere annealing hiln, the kilns function outstriped designing index, Such as, oxygen Content of protective atomosphere was < l000ppm in original designing kiln, but in reconstraction kiln the oxygencontent decveased to 400 - 600ppm (Same gas resources). It warranted the guality of heat treated high vaetage llectron foil. The 2 sets kiln Can operate high efficiency and Iconomical. After reconstvaction, the practice proved that considerable economical benefits have been obtained.
