摘要
20 Mn Si V 级高强度钢筋 ,是我国近几年发展较快的一种新型建筑钢材。新兴铸管集团有限责任公司炼钢厂根据冶炼设备条件 ,进行了转炉钒渣直接合金化冶炼 2 0 Mn Si V 级钢筋的试验研究。结果表明 ,转炉钒渣直接合金化冶炼 2 0 Mn Si V 级钢筋工艺是可行的 ,经济效益显著 ,钢的化学成分和力学性能符合国家标准 。
MnSiV Ⅲ reinforcing bar, a new kind of construction material with high strength is recently developed in China. The experience of 20MnSiV making in BOF with direct alloying of V slag is carried out by Steelmaking Plant of Xinxing Ductile Pipes Group Co., Ltd. The test indicates that the process of 20MnSiV making in BOF with direct alloying of V slag is feasible and economical. The chemical composition and mechanical properties of 20MnSiV are reached to National Standard. The experienced formula between mechanical properties and composition is obtained by test.
