摘要
通过对汽车车轮用钢钢板的钛微合金化试验和生产实践 ,分析了钛元素对汽车车轮用钢钢板力学性能的影响 ,对钛微合金化工艺及存在问题进行分析。实验结果表明 :钛微合金化不仅可以细化晶粒 ,同时可与钢中硫结合成 Ti4C2 S2 夹杂物并改变钢中夹杂物形态 ,提高钢板延伸凸缘性 ,当钢中 Ti/ S比为 2~ 3时 ,延伸凸缘性能获得明显改善 ;添加 0 .0 5 %~ 0 .12
This paper analyzes the effect of Ti content on automobile wheel steel with experimental data and metallugraphic organize observation.The experimental result showed that Ti can not only refine the grains but also modify inclusions by forming Ti 4C 2S 2 and enhance the flange elongatness.The flange elongatness reaches the top level when the Ti/S in steel reaches 2~3.The steel contains Ti in range of 0 05 %~0 12 % meets the requirements of automobile industry.
