Ten Years Review and Developing Thinking of Science and Technology Publication Fund

为了解决科技学术著作出版难的问题，继山东科学技术出版社设立“泰山科技专著出版基金”以来，各部委、各省科技出版社纷纷设立专项科技出版基金，用于资助优秀科技专著的出版。回顾了各科技出版基金设立的起因、发展过程和共同的特点，并就今后的发展提出了几点建议。

After the Taishan Science and Technology Writings Publication Fund established by the Shangdong Science and Technology Press, many science and technology publication fund were established by other presses for solving the problem of lacking fund to published the specialist's writing. The cause of establishing funds, its development path and the common features are reviewed. Some advises about the future development are given.
