通常在动力学研究中,将一个致密的固体反应面看作一个光滑面来处理,而本文通过实验和理论计算考证了石墨在熔铁中溶解时,其溶解反应面是十分粗糙的.实际反应面积是其表现面积的数倍.
During the data treatment of kinetic research, the reaction face of compact solid reactant is generally taken as smooth. However, many experimental results do not show agreemnt with theoretical prediction. In the experiments of graphite dissolution in molten iron,conducted in this work, the curves of carbon content in liquid iron versus time were determined and dissolution reaction surface of graphite was examined visually with the electronic scanning microscope. It was found that the dissolution reaction surface of graphite was very rough. According to the data on the dissolution kinetics, the real dissolution area of electrode graphite was around 1.8 to 2.3 times its apparent area in the range from 1530℃ to 1580℃.
