摘要
本文对不同预还原度的铁矿球团在铁碳熔体中熔融还原的规律进行了实验和理论研究.针时熔融还原反应特点,提出了表观FeO浓度概念.根据传质理论和球团矿熔融还原的特性,建立了反映球团矿在铁碳熔体中熔融还原反应规律的双相传质模型.实验和理论计算结果表明,球团预还原度和熔化速率等因素对熔融速率影响较大.
The smelting reduction of the iron ore pellets with different pre-reductionratio in the iron-carbon melt was experimentally and theoretically studied in this work. A concept of apparent concentration of FeO was advanced in view of the reaction characteristics of the smelting reduction. A two-phase mass transfer model for describing the law of smelting reduction of iron ore pellets in the Fe-C melt was established on the basis of the mass transfer theory and incorporated with the characteristics of smelting reduction of iron ore pellets. The experimental results and theoretical calculation show that the ratio of the pre-reduction and the melting rate of the pellets have significant influence on the rate of smelting reduction.
