摘要
从国内外参考咨询服务出现的一些新动向出发 ,以读者角度看未来数字图书馆参考咨询服务前景 ,并对人工帮助与机器帮助的利弊进行分析 ,向图书馆传统咨询服务模式提出了挑战。
Starting from new trends of reference service at home and abroad,this article posits an imagined scenery of reference service in the future digital library from a patron's viewpoint,and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of human help and machine help in the digital library which challenges traditional reference service model.
