摘要
针对 COREX工艺开发了模拟仿真培训模型及相应软件。该软件由数值模拟、系统模拟和工艺优化及仿真培训三个大功能模块组成 ,是采用数值计算和图形用户界面相结合而设计的。该软件除实现了对COREX工艺数值计算的透明化操作外 ,还收入了 COREX开停炉操作、典型故障及其处理等资料 ,对操作和管理人员的提前培训提供了虚拟现实环境。
The model of numerical modeling,simulation and training software for COREX process was developed.The software was designed by combining numerical calculation with GUI and consisted of three parts:numerical modeling,system modeling and optimization,simulation and training.Besides transparent operation of numerical modeling of the process,start and stop of COREX operation,typical failures and their troubleshooting were considered in the software to provide virtual environment for training of operational and administrative persons in advance.
