摘要 研究了用FeSO4取代H2SO4作调整剂从浮选铅锌的尾矿中回收黄铁矿的可能性.将FeSO4加入到浮选铅锌的尾矿中,使受抑制的黄铁矿恢复可浮性.试验表明,当 FeSO4用量为 15~18 kg/t时,矿浆oH由 12.8降到 8左右.用乙黄药作捕收剂,可获得的硫精矿品位 47.26%,回收率87.88%.该指标与用H2SO4的选别指标相近. Ferrous sulfate as a regulator to replace sulfuric acid in pyrite flotation from leadzinc flotation tailings has been studied. The pulp pH can be reduced after adding some fer-rous sulfate into the tailings and the flotabilitv of the pyrite which has been depressed in the high alkaline medium is recovered. The results showed that the pulp pH declined from 12. 8 to 8 when the consumption of FeSO4 was 15-18 kg /t. A concentrate containing 47. 26℃ sulfur, with the recovery of 87. 88 was obtained when using ethyl xanthate as collector.
