金属注射成形发展的机遇和挑战

近十余年来 ,金属注射成形 (MIM)新工艺产业化进程迅速 ,方兴未艾。本文叙述了MIM的本征优点 ,并与粉末冶金 (PM)、精密铸造 (IC)进行了比较。MIM存在发展态势良好的机遇 ,同时也面临需要认真对待的挑战 。

The industrialization of newer MIM Technology has been growing very rapidly during the past 10 years The purpose of this paper is to discribe the principal advantages and limitation of MIM compared with powder metallurgy and investment casting The paper points out that MIM holds singnificant growth potention,but in the meantime also meets some challeges,especially as the dimensional tolerance and cost effectiveness
