Achievement of contemporary BF ironmaking

近50年来,高炉炼铁在精料、喷煤、装备等方面已取得了辉煌的成就。精料方面,烧结矿品位提高到了58％以上,球团矿品位提高到了65％,高炉渣比已降到了150～300 kg/t;喷煤方面,部分高炉煤比已突破250kg/t,焦比降到了240～300 kg/t;装备方面,建成了5 580m^3巨型高炉,高炉寿命已超过20年。

During recent 50 years,brilliant achievements have been achieved in BF ironmaking,especially in material .PCI and equipment. In respect of material,the grade of sinter reached 58%,that of pellet 65% ,and the slag ratio of some BFs decreased to 150-300 kg/t;in respect of PCI,the coal rate of BFs has exceeded 250 kg/t, and the coke rate has decreased to 240 - 300 kg/t; in respect of equipment, the big BF with the inner-volume of 5 580 m3 has been set up.
