摘要
在对快速铸轧的流场和温度场仿真的过程中,需要准确地确定铝熔体粘度随温度变化的关系。这样可避免将粘度作为常数所带来的系统误差,而这种函数关系只能由实验来确定。本文用坩埚扭摆法测出纯铝、铝-锰合金熔体在不同温度下的粘度,并利用最小二乘法得出纯铝及铝-锰合金粘度-温度的数学表达式。
In the processing of the high-speed roll-casting for computer-emulation of fluid field and temperature field, the relation of the molten aluminium′s viscosity and temperature must be determined accurately. Thus the systemic error with the viscosity as a constant can be avoided. The functional relationship of viscosity and temperature can only be determined by experiment. In this text, the viscosity of pure aluminium and aluminium-manganese alloy at different temperatures have been measured through the method of torsional vibration crucible, and with the method of least squares, the mathematical formula of the pure aluminium and aluminium-manganese alloy can be obtained.
