摘要
对染料废水处理技术进行了归纳和分析,提出了现有技术存在的问题,在此基础上,对现有铁屑过滤工艺的设计思想和设备结构作了很大改进,开发研制出转动式微电解设备,并进行了实验验证。结果表明:该方法对于染料废水具有很好的脱色、去除有机物作用,并且能够提高难以降解的有机废水的生化性能,有利于废水的后续生化处理。
This paper summarizes the treatment technologies of dyeing wastewater and presents the problems on these technologies.On the basis of sumup,we ameliorate the design idea and equipment structure of the existing iron chipping-filtration process and develop the running microcell electrolysis device.The result of experimentation illustrate that this process can improve biodegradability of the dyestuff wastewater and reduce COD and colority,resulting in the benefit to the follow-up biological treatment.
