摘要
通过对Larox压滤机使用过程中各种常见运行故障的分析、研究，认为提高操作与维修工人的专业素质，强化设备维护管理，采取预防维护和技术改进措施，从而对Larox压滤机的运行实行多方位综合管理，使故障降到最低程度。
Larox filter is one of the newest filters in the world and it has been used in filtering slurry of zinc smelter system in zhuzhou smelter plant since 1993.By discussing and analyzing the Larox's faults in work,we carry out the comprehensive management,improve the operator's technical ability,strengthen the plant maintenance,take the preventive measures and make the technical improvement for Larox filter,then we have achieved considerable success for decreasing the Larox's faults in work.
