摘要
采用国标CSR、CRI方法探察了武钢目前焦炭的热性能与焦炭显微结构∑ISO相关系 ,同时也初步考察了抗压热强度与CSR的关系。通过工艺岩石学方法 ,借 Rmax及反射率分布的手段 ,为改善武钢高碱负荷高炉的焦炭强度 ,提出以弱粘质煤代主焦煤应用于生产。一年来的工业生产实践取得了良好的效果 。
The relationship between the thermal properties and microstructure ∑ISO of the coke presently used in WISCO is investigated using the national standard CSR and CR1 methods, and in the meanwhile relation between the compression strength and CSR also preliminarily studied. In order to improve the strength of the coke presently used in the blast furnaces with high basicity load in WISCO experimental test are repeatedly conducted using the process petrological method by means of max and distribution of reflectivity, whereupon recommendations are advanced to use the coal of weak adhessiveness in place of the coking coal, and very satisfactory results have been achieved in the industrial practice of the past year, and demands of the blast furnaces in WISCO are met.
