摘要
合成了新型高效螯合捕收剂RN— 6 6 5 ,并将其应用于浮选东鞍山难选赤铁矿 ,获得了精矿w(Fe)为6 2 0 5 % ,回收率达 75 18%的良好指标。与原捕收剂比较 ,精矿w(Fe)提高 3 92 % ,回收率提高 1 91%。
A new type chelating collector——RN—665 was synthesiged and used in flotation separation of Donganshan refractory hematite, achieving better results, namely an iron concentrate grade of 62 05% and a recovery of 75 18%. Compared with the original collectors, an icreased 3 92% concentrate grade and an increased 1 92% recovery can be obtained using the chelating collector.
