摘要 广州钢铁集团有限公司水电厂供电炉炼钢厂的 5号专用水泵 ,实际运行效率低 ,能耗较高 .从 5号水泵机组实际运行参数入手 ,分别对机组电机、水泵的实际运行效率进行了探讨 ,进而提出更换新型水泵及电机来提高运行效率 .更换后 ,机组的运行效率比以前大大提高 ,能耗明显降低 ,年可节约电耗约 7.8万kWh ,折人民币 4 . The special No.5 water pump at the EAF Steel Mill supplied by the Water and Electricity Plant, its actual running efficiency is low and the energy consumption is high. By analyzing on the parameter of the actual running of the No.5 water pump sets, the actual running efficiency of the motor of the sets and water pump has been studied separately. The method of renovating the new type water pump and motor is presented to improve running efficiency. The running efficiency of the sets has been raised greatly after renovation. The energy consumption is reduced obviously and the electricity consumption can be economized about 78,000 Kwh. Per annum (as RMB 43,000).
