摘要
研究了以新型萃取剂Cyanex272为载体乳状液膜富集稀土的最优膜配方和工艺条件,考察了从南方离子型稀土矿实际浸矿液中富集稀土的情况,进行了混合载体的筛选等,结果表明:以Cyanex272为载体乳状液膜能有效地富集稀土,对于实际料液,其迁移率大于98%.富集液中稀土浓度达90g/L.所得RE_2O_3产品稀土总量大于97%.
:The optimum comstituents of emulsion mebrance and the optimal operation conditions in extraction rare earth by liquid surfactant mebrance with new extraction agent Cyanex272 as carrier have been investigated according to the constituts and condition, the enriching rare earth from the leaching solution of southern ion-absorbing rare earth has been inspected, and the mixed carrier was bottered. The results showed that it is effective to enrich rare earth from leaching solution with new extraction agent cyanex272 as carrier, the concentration of the enriched rare in aqueous phase is up to 90g/L (calculated in RE_2O_3),the recovery is 98%,the purity is over 97%.
