摘要
为了准确诊断烧结过程的异常状况并及时消除异常 ,作者将数学模型、模糊集合和专家系统相结合 ,建立了烧结过程异常状况诊断专家系统 ,并应用于在线实时诊断 ,取得了较好的效果。本文着重介绍了烧结过程异常知识获取和模糊诊断模型 。
In order to diagnosis abnormities in sintering process with accuracy and eliminate them in time, on the basis of combining mathematical model and fuzzy logic with expert system, an expert system for diagnosing abnormities in sintering process has been established and successfully applied to sintering real-time diagnosis on-line, and satisfactory results have been obtained. This paper emphasises on describing the acquiring of knowledge and fuzzy diagnosis model, analyzing the general diagnosis scheme and general structure of this expert system.
