无毒无卤低酸气水乳膨胀型防火涂料的研究

摘要 本文阐明了高聚物的燃烧和阻燃机理.用正交设计法优选阻燃剂的最佳配比,以乙-丙共聚乳液为粘合剂,研制出水性防火涂料,经性能测试,其理化性能满足要求,无生理毒性,防火性能达到一级,可以减少和消除火灾的二次灾害. This paper describes the mechanism of high polymers combustion and fire retard. Orthogonal design is used for seeking optimum fire retardant is optimal formulation and with acetic acid ethegl ester-acrylic acid n-butylester being the adhesives, water-soluble fire protection coatings has been explored. After service test, its physics-chemical performance is good and it has no physiological toxicity with its fire-protection character reaching Grade A. It can reduce and cancel flare's second disaster.
