摘要 在磷酸介质中 ,大量高氯酸冒烟将钼氧化成高价 ,用抗坏血酸掩蔽铁并还原钼 (Ⅵ)至钼 (Ⅴ) ,钼 (Ⅴ)与硫氰酸盐生成橙色络合物 ,测其吸光度。标准曲线不需要铁打底。显色液中钨的允许含量高达 10mg。钼的测定范围 0 0 1%~ 10 % In the medium of phosphoric acid molybdenum is oxidized to high valency through fuming a large amount of perchloric acid. With ascorbic acid, iron can be masked and molybdenum (Ⅵ) is reduced to molybdenum (V), which reaets with thiocyanate to form an orange complex. The absorbance of the complex is measured. It has no need of back ground of iron in drawing calibration curve. The amount of existence of tungsten in the measared solution can be allowed to 10mg. The determined range for the method is from 0.01% to 10%.
