品德行为后进生的教育与转化

On Modern Middle School Backward Students and Their Educational Countermeasures

针对中小学生品德行为后进生的种种表现和导致“后进”的主要客观原因 ,提出相应的教育与转化要求 。

Backward students'education is a common and important issue of our school education in our country .Rich achievements have been accumulated from educational practice and theoretical research at different times.Owing to different theoretical realization and ways of operation ,there is a bigger difference in educational effect . The author argues that in view of backward students a correct judge should be made ,scientific principles should be grasped in educational process and thd ways and methods of education should vary from person to person .based on clarification of some realization concerned ,some countermeasures and suggestions concerned are rationally and systematically provided in this paper .
