摘要 本文是关于硫化铜矿浸出的理论基础研究 ,文章从热力学角度分析了在硫酸体系中硫化铜矿浸出的可能性 ,并对浸出过程的机理进行了动力学分析。在此基础上进行动力学实验考察各种因素 (温度、硫酸浓度、氯酸钠加量及反应时间 )对硫化铜矿浸出的影响 。 The theoretical bases of leaching copper sulphide minerals in sulphuric acid solution containing sodium chilorinate was investigated.In this paper,the possibility of leaching copper sulphide minerals in sulphuric acid media was studied in accordance with thermodynamics,and the kinetics of leach process was also studied.On the basis of it,the effect of temperature,sulphuric acid concentration,the consumption of sodium chlorinate and reaction time on leaching copper sulphide mimerals has been examined by the kinetics experiment.In addition,the best process condition was determined.
