滤筒式除尘器的改进及在白云石生产中的应用

Renovation of Cartirdge Filter and Its Application in Dolomite Production

滤筒式除尘器在使用过程中 ,普遍存在喷吹清灰效果差、处理能力小、过滤速度低的问题。采用改进滤筒、增加导流装置等一系列技术措施 ,提高了滤筒式除尘器的性能 ,使之应用于轻烧白云石除尘系统。实践表明 ,设备运行稳定 。

Some problems exist during the operation of cartridge filter,such as little effect of blast cleaning,minor air requirement and low filtering rate,etc.The performance of the cartridge filter can be enhanced by renovating cartridge filter and installing flow guide plate to meet the demands of dust pelletizing system for light burned dolomite.The stability and effective results of the device have been proved by practice.
