宝钢2号高炉揭盖机选型探讨

Discussion on Selection of Cover Manipulator For No.2 BF at Baosteel

简述现有揭盖机的种类、结构特点和宝钢 2号高炉大修应采用新型揭盖机的理由。对已提出的可用方案进行了比较 ,提出一种新方案———轨道可回转的横移台车式揭盖机。在2号高炉条件下 ,与前述已有方案相比 ,新方案具有可靠性高、改造工作量小、操作环境好。

Variety and characteristics of cover manipulators on hand are described briefly and the reason for adoption of new kind of cover manipulator during the overhaul of No.2 BF at Baosteel is present in the paper. Compared with all the original feasible plans,the new machinecar type manipulator with rotatable tracks has high reliability,requires little reconstruction,provides good operational environment,and can be maintained easily.
