汽车发动机点火线圈性能测试方法的研究

Research on Methods to Test the Performance of Ignition Coils in Automobile Engines

该项研究的目的是为了探寻新的汽车发动机点火线圈性能测试方法。针对现有测试方法存在的问题 ,提出了一个基于模糊模式识别的点火线圈性能判别方法 ,并予以了实现。重点讨论了测试系统结构 ,用模糊特征表示的标准类型 ,规则库的建立方法 ,信息和模糊特征的获取以及推理机。实践表明 ,该方法思路清晰、正确 ,对提高点火线圈测试技术水平具有重要意义。

Aiming at improving the present methods to test the performance of ignition coils in automobile engines, a new testing system is presented based on fuzzy pattern recognition. The structure of the system, the standard types expressed by the fuzzy characters, the establishment of the rulesbase, the acquisition of the information and the fuzzy characters and the inference engine are expounded. The application of this system shows that it improves the testing technology of the ignition coils.
