摘要
2℃低温处理小麦幼苗 ,随胁迫时间延长 ,半冬性小麦叶片中Pro、可溶性糖含量增加 ,SOD活性、可溶性蛋白质含量先升高后降低 ,MDA含量下降 ;在弱春性小麦叶片中Pro含量变化呈“Z”字型曲线 ,可溶性糖含量先降低后升高 ,但升高幅度较小 。
A study has found that as the chilling stress developed,contents of Pro and the soluble sugar increased,the SOD activition and the content of proteins first increased and then decreased,and that the content of MDA decreased in the seedling leaves of the semi-winter wheat which was treated at the temperature 2℃,which is the leaves of the weak spring wheat the content of Pro presented a Z-shaped curve,that contant of soluble sugar decreased at first but incrensed a little there after,and the SOD activity and MDA increased by a small margin
