党员领导干部的廉洁自律、遵纪守法 ,对保持党的先进性和纯洁性 ,巩固党的执政地位 ,保证社会主义现代化事业的顺利进行具有重要意义。作为社会主义高等学校的党的领导干部也必须具备廉洁自律、遵纪守法的品格 ,按照江泽民同志“三个代表”思想的要求 ,坚持廉洁自律 ,自觉遵纪守法 。

The practice that CPC leading cardres remain incorruptible,self disciplined,and law adiding has critical significance for the advance and purity,and for strengthening the ruling position of the Party and ensuring the implementation of the socialist constructions.The CPC leading cardres in socialist colleges and universities must possess and adhere to the moral character of incorruptibility and self discipline.They should observe discipline and the law,also act in accordance with the requirements of “the Three Representations” put forward by Comrade Jiang Zemin,so that they can make their due contributions to the cause of reform and opening up to the outside world,and socialist modernizations.
