On Nature and Way of Educational Modernization in China(Ⅰ)

教育现代化是社会现代化的一个重要组成部分 ,同时又是社会现代化的先导 ,它既是一种状态 ,又是一种目标。中国教育现代化的性质特征是教育民主化、教育科学化、教育民族化、教育社会化和教育主体化的有机综合 ;中国教育现代化的道路是教育由传统走向现代的不断改革、内在消解和超越的过程 ,是中西方教育相互渗透和融合的过程 ,是政治民主化、经济市场化、个人理性化、社会系统开放化的互动过程。实现教育现代化既是我国教育本身发展的需要、国家民族命运所在 。

Educational modernization is either an important component part or the precursor of social modernization.The nature of China's educational modernization is the organic composition of educational democratization,educational scientification,educational nationalization and educational socialization.The road leading to China's educational moedernization is the unceasing reform and overstepping from tradition to modernization.It's a process of nutual infiltration of Chinese and Western education.It's also the mutual development process of political democratization,market economy and the oppening social system.The realization of educational modernization is not only the needs of the development of China's education,but also the inexorable trend of the development of community run education.
