摘要
设计压力 1 2 MPa的球形爆炸容器内径 1 m,壁厚 2 .5× 1 0 - 2 m,在 3,6 ,9,1 2 ,1 5和 0 MPa的水压试验条件下 ,对其外表面具有代表性的 2 0个测点进行了应力测试 .并用三维 ANSYS有限元编码对 1 2和 1 5 MPa两种工况进行了应力分析 ,分析结果与测试结果基本吻合 ,这表明爆炸容器在整个试验压力范围是处于线弹性状态 。
The design pressure for the spherical vessel with 1m inner diameter and 2.5×10 -2 m wall thickness is 12MPa. The stresses at 20 representative points on the outside surface of the vessel were measured under 3, 6, 9, 12, 15MPa and 0 MPa hydrostatic pressure test. The stress analysis of the vessel under 12 and 15MPa hydrostatic test were also made by the 3D ANSYS finite element code. The test results and finite element analysis are in good agreements.It shows that the vessel are in linear elastic condition under these test pressure, and the strength design of the vessel is rational.
