The Moral Principles Having No Control In the New Period and the Corrective method

转型时期，某些旧有的伦理规范已失去约束，新的道德规范体系未建立起来，道德建设出现“断层”。具体表面在社会公德、职业道德和家庭美德方面。社会经济结构巨变对传统道德的巨大冲击，社会道德控制机制的弱化与反道德思潮的影响，道德教育的扭曲变形等都导致了转型时期的道德失范。校正道德失范，必须以社会主义市场经济理论为指导，确定道德与经济的关系；用生产力标准充实更新道德标准；建立良性循环的道德规范运作体系。

The changing economic system made some old moral principles invalid, but new moral principles have not been established, such as social morality, vocational morality and family morality. That some moralities don’t have binding force has three reasons. Firstly, the chang of social economic structure is exercising a great influence on the traditional morality; secondly, the social moral system has no control and the anti-morality trend is prevailing; thirdly, the moral education is becoming ossify. We must stick to the socialism market economic theory and renew the moral standard with the productive forces standard so that the good-circle moral system can be established.
