摘要
管理者的工作不是去控制人,而是去激励人。本文指出管理者必须懂得激励对于管理工作产生的积极效果和更高效率,本文分析的几种激励理论对于现代管理者具有一定的应用价值。
The job of the manager is not to control person but urge person. This paper proposes that the manager should understand the encouragment can bring about the positive effect and higher efficiency . Several encouragement theroies in this paper have applicable values to the mordern managers.
