反对霸权主义和强权政治是邓小平的一贯思想和坚定立场 ,霸权主义与当代战争之间存在必然联系 ,是当代战争的主要根源。霸权主义和强权政治既是国际旧秩序的内容和体现 ,又是建立国际新秩序的巨大障碍 ,本质上是帝国主义对外政策的延续和发展 ,但在当今条件下有了新的表现形式和行为特点。我们应该加快经济发展 ,增强综合国力 ,坚决反对和抵制霸权主义与强权政治 ,为维护世界和平做出应有的贡献。

It is consistent thinking and viewpoint of Deng Xiaoping to oppose against hegemonism and superpower policy.Hegemonisim closes tightly together with war and the main root of war at present.Hegemonism and superpower policy are the content and reflection of the world old order, and also the obstacle to establish the world new order. In fact, they are the continuation and development of imperialist foreign policy.But at present, it is a new form and has its characteristics. We should develop our economy and strengthen our national power against hegemonism and superpower policy to safeguard world peace with our efforts.
