Historical Records of Haizhou Prefecture During Longqing Period, the records of which are considered to be unexceptional data to make up for the official documents, is a most profound and reliable record of the history of HaiZhou during Ming Dynasty. This book is an attempt to make a systematic research and analysis of the ecology, immigration customs etc, during the period. Moreover, the book deals with Zhang feng's measures to favour ordinary people. It also pays close attention to the economy of Haizhou Prefecture.
