区位政策与徐连经济带的发展

Policy of Regional Locations and Development of Xuzhou-Lianyungang Economic Zone

徐连地区是江苏省的“大西北” ,随着国家开发我国西部呼声日益高涨 ,对于经济发达的江苏省来说 ,徐连地区的发展问题 ,应该是江苏省首先需要解决的问题 ,对于贫困落后地区而言 ,如果是靠市场经济或者发达地区的幅射作用的话 ,速度慢而且易造成差距愈拉愈大 ,因此 ,需要一定的区位政策来扶持徐连经济带 ,本文就区位政策对徐连经济带的发展进行了一些探讨和研究。

Xuzhou-Lianyungang region is the grand Northwest of Jiangsu province. With the development of Northwest China running high, it should be the first concern for the advanced Jiangsu to develop and improve the region. As far as the poor, underdeveloped region is concerned, it will be very slow and the gap will be even bigger if we only count on the market economy and the influence of the advanced regions to develop it. Therefore, the necessary policy to regional locations is urgent. In this article, the writer probes into the development of Xuzhou-Lianyungang economic zone.
