摘要
二十一世纪人类面临着诸多方面的挑战和矛盾 ,应试教育向素质教育转度要求思想政治课教学应突出能力培养。在充分发挥教师主导作用的同时 ,还应充分发挥学生的主体作用 ,正确处理素质教育与主导作用和主体作用的关系。
Exposed to all sorts of challenges and contradictions, examination-orientated education is gradually turning to quality education, which requires great attention to cultivation of students' learning ability. Teacher's dominant role as well as student's principal part should be fully developed at the same time. The relationship between quality education and dominant role as well as principal part should be well dealt with.
