摘要
卡点计算是处理卡钻事故必须进行的一项工作。原有的卡点计算公式因未考虑钻杆接头和加厚部分对计算结果的影响,使每1000m误差达40m左右,因而影响现场应用。本文从虎克定律的基本理论出发,分析了影响卡点计算精确性的上述因素,并对原公武进行了修正,藉以提高计算精度。通过计算,给出了常用钻杆的修正系数大多为1.035左右。实例计算表明,该公式准确、简便,适于现场应用。
Calculating free point of sticking drill pipe is necessary for handling sticking accidents. The current formulas for sticking point neglecting the influence of the tool's joint and upset on the calculation have an error to about 40m per 1000m and fail to satisfy better the needs for well drilling. In this paper, based on the Hooke's law, the above factors affecting the calculation accuracy is analysed and a correction for the current formulas is proposed. The correction coefficient derived for drill pipes used in our country, is about 1.035. The corrected formula, by trial computation, demonstrates its convenience to use.
