摘要
考虑调整注水剖面(调剖)过程中许多重要因素,如调剖剂的扩散、吸附、不可及孔隙体积、交联反应、降解以及调剖剂在含水相中的存在对含水相流度的影响,建立了一个两维两相三组分用交联黄原冻胶调剖的数学模型。根据该模型编制了相应的模拟程序软件,可用来预测调剖效果,分析有关因素(如层间交渗流调剖时机,调剖剂浓度,调剖剂用量等)对调剖效果的影响及优选调剖施工参数。用此程序进行的计算表明:层间交渗流越弱,调剖效果越好;生产井见水后,早调剖比晚调剖好;若层间渗透率差别大,则宜进行分次调剖;必须根据采出程度与调剖剂用量的关系曲线优选调剖剂用量。
A two-dimensional, two-phase, thee—component mathematical model for simulating the water flooding profile modified by crosslinked xanthan gels is presented in this paper. The model considers many important factors involved in the profile modulation process, such as, the diffusion, absorption, inaccessible pore volume, crosslinking reaction, degradation and the influece of the profile modifier in aqueous phase on its mobility, etc. The simulato based on the model can be used to predict the results of profile modification, to analyse the effects of relevant factors such as crossflow between layers, modification time, concentration, quantity of modifier, and to optimize operation parameters. The calculations using the simulator indicate, the weaker the crossflow between layers is, the better the results are; it is best, to modify the profile as soon as possible after breakthrough of water; its belier to modify the profile for several times in case of striking permeability difference between layer and the modifier quntity mustbe optimized according to the recovery percentage vs modifier quantity.
