摘要
潘金莲与西门庆都是中国 16世纪市民阶层中涌现出来的新异人物，都有极强烈的物欲、情欲、权势欲，有相同的人生观、价值观，但二人活动范围不同，表现形态不同，结局也不同，男尊女卑仍然起着重要作用。
Pan Jin- lian and Xi Men- qing are two new personalities emerging from the townspeople classes in the 16th century China.They both have strong desires for money,sex and power,and share the same values and outlooks on life.However,they live in different spheres and styles and have different fates,mostly due to the superiority of men over women.
